We provide cloud hosting services that allow users to host websites, applications, databases, and other data (“Content”). We will provide you with the storage and bandwidth necessary for your operations, subject to fair usage. You also accept the following conditions:
- Support User Account Creation: Upon the request or instruction from the company holding the account, we may create and configure a user account on your behalf to facilitate the services you have requested. You agree that this user account is created for your convenience and is subject to the same terms and conditions, including those related to account security, resource usage, and prohibited content. You retain the responsibility to manage, monitor, and secure any activities associated with the user account.
4. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Services to host any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this rule.
- Resource Usage: You agree not to use the Services in a manner that may impair the stability or performance of the Services for other users.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times, and we will not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or disruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Payment and Fees
- Pricing: You agree to pay the fees as specified in your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
- Late Payments: If you fail to make a payment on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until the outstanding balance is paid.

We are not responsible for the loss of any data. While we may provide backup services, it is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your Content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or any violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services after the changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Weber County, Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These messages may include order confirmations, delivery status updates, and other important account-related information. Standard messaging and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
